These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the website https://gmsafety.ro (the "Website") and the services offered by GMSafety Marine SRL, operating under the name "GMSafety Marine", with registered office in Constanța, Depozitelor Street no. 27, registered under no. 40094020 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “GMSafety Marine”) and you, the user (“you”, “client”, “user”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the Website.

  1. Scope of Services

Our Website presents the services we offer — specifically inspection and verification services for safety equipment (such as life rafts, protective suits, life jackets). The Website is not an e-commerce platform for selling goods to consumers.
When you submit your personal data through the contact form on the Website, it is collected exclusively for the purpose of providing and delivering the service you have requested.
